Role Description
Continuous is searching for candidates who are looking to expand their expertise in Quote-to-Cash (QTC). Do you already have relevant experience in CPQ or Billing? The Continuous team is expanding, and we’re searching for talented individuals to help us drive innovation and optimize our solutions across the QTC lifecycle.

In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and the business; turning strategy into execution, driving clarity on requirements, and ensuring that what we deliver is both technically sound and deeply aligned with customer needs.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Turn strategy into deliverables
    • Translate business and technical strategies into clear, actionable deliverables.
    • Advocate the principles of business and technical strategies, as well as engineering and service delivery best practices.
  • Shape and own the project backlog
    • Own, maintain, and prioritize the agile project backlog.
    • Define sprint objectives with the team, ensuring alignment with broader project and business goals.
  • Drive clarity on requirements
    • Articulate and refine requirements and user stories in a manner that is understandable and actionable for the technical team.
      Define clear, testable acceptance criteria for all work items.
  • Lead technical collaboration
    • Lead technical discussions with engineering as part of refining requirements and understanding engineering realities and constraints.
    • Consistently make clear technical and business decisions, routinely considering architecture-level impacts and project-planning implications.
  • Balance customer expectations and engineering realities
    • Communicate trade-offs between customer expectations and engineering realities to business stakeholders in a transparent, pragmatic way.
    • Deliver robust end-to-end solutions by thinking strategically about the customer, their processes, and corresponding technical challenges.
  • Facilitate collaborative working sessions
    • Lead interactive requirements-gathering sessions using facilitation techniques such as virtual whiteboarding, process mapping, and collaborative workshops.

  • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills, with the ability to guide diverse stakeholders toward alignment and clear decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and lead by example in developing strategies and innovative solutions that account for known risks, ease of support, and total cost of ownership.
  • Commitment to staying up to date on relevant industry trends and best practices in Quote-to-Cash, including CPQ and Billing.
  • Experience managing dependencies with other delivery teams and coordinating cross-functional work.
  • A strong balance of technical and business acumen, enabling you to engage credibly with both engineers and business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to surface and remove risks and roadblocks throughout the delivery cycle, ensuring smooth and predictable execution.
