5+ Years of experience in DevOps, SRE or related roles
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
Demonstrated experience in handling cloud infrastructure at scale, ideally in a SAAS company
Comfortable working with logging and monitoring tools like Cloudwatch, Datadog, Splunk etc
Familiar with AWS Scaling and Kubernetes
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
Exposure to DB performance tuning and CI/CD automation
Strong scripting skills in Python
Experience handling event streaming systems at scale is a plus
Be accountable for top notch service reliability and application performance
Capacity planning and infrastructure cost optimization
Ensuring plans and mechanisms are in place for disaster recovery and high availability
Managing the CI/CD pipeline and releases
Build tools and automation for operational processes
Ensure infrastructure security and compliance
Monitoring, maintaining and improving the operational infrastructure
Troubleshoot and provide L2 support when necessary
