You’ll partner closely with marketing and sales leadership to identify target accounts, personalize outreach at scale, and continuously optimize performance.
Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
- Identify and research target accounts and personas aligned to ICP
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls.)
- Craft highly personalized messaging that drives engagement and meetings
- Consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation targets
Outreach Optimization
- Leverage AI tools to enhance research, personalization, and outreach quality
- Build and refine prompts to generate messaging, insights, and account context
- Use AI to improve speed, efficiency, and conversion rates across workflows
- Continuously test and iterate on AI-assisted outbound strategies
GTM Engineering & Tool Utilization
- Build and manage outbound workflows using tools like Apollo.io and Clay
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for account research and engagement
- Support list building, segmentation, and enrichment strategies
- Collaborate on building scalable outbound systems and playbooks
This role will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with the head of sales, head of customer success, partnership team, and other cross-functional teams.
