Our leadership team

John Banks

John Banks is the CEO and Founder of Continuous. Furthermore, he has an accomplished history of product leadership at industry-leading companies like Salesforce, Conga, and Zuora. His expertise spans CPQ, billing, contract lifecycle, and revenue management. Because of this, John provides a unique perspective on the requirements for modern Quote to Consumption companies. 

John is passionate about building a company of industry experts. These experts will be solely focused on helping customers succeed and transform as they launch and grow consumption-based products.

John has an MBA from UC Berkeley and multiple degrees from UC Irvine. Additionally, he also has several inventive patents for product innovation in Revenue Management.

Sean Joyce

Sean Joyce is a co-founder and leads partner strategy and enablement at Continuous Technologies. He helps bringing consumption-based pricing and rating to companies without traditional obstacles. In addition, he has extensive experience in the cloud billing software industry.

Sean has played pivotal roles at Navint (now Globant), Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Apttus (now Conga), and Zuora. Sean brings a well-rounded and unique point of view to consumption-based pricing. Furthermore, he has considerable experience driving Salesforce partnerships. Finally, his deep expertise lies in billing, subscription management, and revenue recognition.  

John He

John is a Co-Founder and CTO at Continuous. He brings 30+ years of experience across all aspects of engineering operation, including process, technical operations, team-building, and product development.

Before joining Continuous, John served as VP of Engineering at 6sense where he led the product engineering operation for 6sense.  He has also served as VP of Engineering at Yahoo!, leading the product engineering and service operation for Yahoo Small Business. John also spent several years at Zuora, where he led the evolution of Zuora’s product architecture, built an agile-based engineering process, grew the team seven-fold, and delivered several innovative products. Before that, John also held senior engineering positions at Microsoft, Verity, and Informix.

John holds a BS in Computer Architecture from Fudan University in Shanghai. He is also a passionate Star Trek fan—his continuing mission is to explore exciting new adventures and to go where no one has gone before.

Ramin Yavari

Ramin Yavari is a Co-Founder and Chief Solutions Architect at Continuous. With a career spanning over two decades, Ramin brings extensive experience in software architecture, cloud-based applications, and enterprise systems.

For the past ten years, he has held technical leadership positions at Salesforce and Conga. Ramin’s academic credentials are equally impressive. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering, an MBA with a minor in Finance, and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering. He also pursued a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, focusing on computational modeling and simulations.

Ramin holds 15 Salesforce certifications, including Application Architect and System Architect. His expertise spans software architecture, database and extensive data integrations, DevOps, financial systems, ERP, and accounting.

What Ramin enjoys most about his job is encountering and solving challenging use cases he has never seen before, constantly expanding his knowledge and expertise. His commitment to excellence and extensive experience make him an invaluable asset to the Continuous team.

Jon Wolken

Jon Wolken joined Continuous as a strategic advisor, leveraging his expertise in uniting go-to-market teams around shared revenue and growth goals. Before joining Continuous, Jon served as CRO at Primer AI and also led Global Sales and Marketing at an aerial intelligence platform Kespry, where he oversaw the company’s transformation from a subscription model to usage-based licensing.

Earlier in his career, Jon held sales leadership positions at high growth companies including Tableau Software (now Salesforce), QLIK Technologies and Hyperion Solutions(now Oracle).

His detailed knowledge of strategic and enterprise sales motions, background in AI and analytics, and an array of exec-level revenue roles positions Jon as a leader in scaling consumption-based pricing and rating.
