Solution Architect - EMEA
Requirements
5+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise pre‑sales, or systems engineering
Expertise in designing cloud, SaaS, integration, and enterprise‑grade technical solutions
Proven expertise with one or more leading Q2C platforms. Certification in a relevant platform is highly desirable.
Ability to interact with customers at both technical and business levels
Extensive experience in defining end-to-end integration architecture for the Q2C landscape, including interactions with CRM and ERP.
Excellent ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, functional, and technical designs.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.
Responsibilities
Drive solution discovery, technical architecture design, and deployment planning in partnership with Sales
Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze complex requirements, then document these as detailed functional and technical design specifications for the implementation teams
Establish design principles, standards, and best practices to ensure system scalability, maintainability, and data integrity across the entire revenue lifecycle.
Define the integration strategy and specifications between the core stack and upstream/downstream systems to ensure seamless data flow and process continuity.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and quality assurance reviews to internal and external development and consulting teams during the implementation and testing phases.
Partner with Product, Architecture and Engineering teams to contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap to build amazing products that customers love
Partner with leadership on recruitment, team-building and expansion efforts
